• Account information — the email address and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider) you use to register.
• Tracking data you enter — the offers you add to your board, deadlines, deposit amounts, notes, and progress you record.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full card numbers; we receive only limited information such as your subscription status and a customer identifier.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar information collected automatically when you use the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and attribute affiliate referrals.

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• process subscriptions, billing, and renewals;
• save and display the offers and progress you track;
• measure and attribute affiliate referrals and understand how the Service is used;
• communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests; and
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Some links on the Service are affiliate or referral links. When you click them, the third party (or an affiliate network) may set cookies or pass identifiers used to attribute a referral to us so that we may earn a commission. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers — vendors that operate the Service on our behalf, including Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (application hosting), bound by their own obligations to protect your data.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BonusBoard, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls provided by our hosting and authentication vendors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process data there and in other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

The Service links to third-party websites, including financial institutions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
