Open a new Chase Premier Plus Checking account (online with the offer code applied, or in a branch with an emailed offer code), deposit at least $15,000 in new money not already held at Chase within 30 days of offer enrollment, and keep a balance of at least $15,000 for 90 days from enrollment. The $650 bonus is deposited into the account within 15 days of meeting the requirements, and the offer is not available to existing Chase checking customers.
